Background Check Policy

How LoadShare reviews driver background checks, including individualized assessments, rehabilitation, and disqualifying offenses.

At LoadShare, we believe people deserve the opportunity to work and rebuild their lives.

A criminal record does not automatically disqualify an applicant from becoming a driver. Every background check is reviewed individually, taking into consideration the nature of the offense, how much time has passed, evidence of rehabilitation, and whether the applicant can safely perform the services offered through the platform.

For the safety of our customers and community, certain offenses may result in automatic disqualification. Applicants who are required to register as sex offenders are not eligible to participate on the LoadShare platform. Additional offenses involving violence, exploitation, or other serious safety concerns may also result in denial at LoadShare's sole discretion.

Submitting an application and paying the screening fee does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to review based on LoadShare's safety standards and eligibility requirements.
