Community Safety Standards
The shared standards every Load Share driver and customer is expected to follow to keep the marketplace safe.
Only the booked driver and the customer's authorized contacts should be present during a load.
The driver who accepted the load must be the one who performs the job.
Accounts are tied to the verified individual and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.
Users are expected to evaluate counterparties, terms, and conditions before agreeing to a job.
Dash and cargo cameras help protect drivers and customers from disputes and incidents.
Use well-lit, public meeting points whenever possible for pickups and drop-offs.
Flag anything unsafe, fraudulent, or off-platform immediately through the in-app safety tools.
Harassment, discrimination, and abusive language are not tolerated on the platform.
Fake loads, stolen identities, payment fraud, and similar abuse result in immediate removal.
